Do you ever just want to… retreat for a bit, like you're lost somewhere quieter – where no one asks “are you okay?”, and you don't have to answer anything?

Le Jardin Caché is a recipe I always keep for moments like this – light, clear, and green enough to stop my heart from being wrapped tightly.

We mix as follows:

• 30 drops of lavender – still the familiar scent, gentle as an afternoon on the grass, with a gentle breeze blowing through your hair.
• 20 drops geranium – slightly sweet, slightly herbaceous, like a small path leading into a garden filled with blooming flowers.
• 16 drops of cedar wood – not prominent, but solid… like an ancient tree root always standing there, silent, waiting for you to lean on.

The scent is not bright, nor is it very flirtatious — it is just there, like a small garden you once walked through as a child, still there, even though you have grown up and forgotten the way back.

Just a few drops, to bring you back to yourself – where you don't need to understand everything, just need to be at peace a little bit … is enough.
