We always want you to be satisfied with the products from NOx House Store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are willing to support returns according to the following policy:

✅ Return conditions

  • Product is intact, unused.
  • Packaging, seals, and labels are intact and not torn.
  • Exchange/return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receipt of goods.
  • Only applies to exchanges/returns for products purchased directly on the NOx Shop website.

🔄 Cases of exchange or return

  • Wrong product or missing product delivered.
  • The product has a technical error due to the manufacturer.
  • Product was damaged during shipping.

🚫 Cases where returns are not supported

  • Used product.
  • The scent is not to my personal taste.
  • Overdue (more than 3 days from receipt of goods).

  2. Customer service team will confirm order information and return conditions.
  3. Return the product to the address provided (you will be responsible for the original return shipping cost).
  4. After receiving and checking the goods, we will proceed to exchange or refund within 3-5 working days.
